  1. This machine is suitable for producing PVC IV infusion bags, blood bags, urine bags, and sugar bags.
  2. The machine is suitable for bags of different sizes and is adjustable (with a small range for adjusting width and length); the bag tube welding is of very high quality. ( 100-1000ml )
  3. The machine uses PLC program control and is operated via a touch screen.
  4. Smooth HF output, high-quality sparking safety system.
  5. The machine’s main body uses an aluminum frame; the welded tube pins are made of SUS316 stainless steel, and the safety door is made of acrylic glass. The machine requires regular cleaning.
  6. Functions: automatic film pulling, fixed-length film release, width-limiting film separation ， automatic printing, automatic bag cutting, automatic bag welding, automatic tube cutting, conveying, testing, automatic tube welding, automatic output of finished products, etc.
  7. Productivity: Four bags in one cycle, about 1800 pieces/h.
