Description

Main Characteristics:

3. Continuous putting bags by worker is for saving operation time, Improve efficiency.  Filling speed reach to 2000 bags/hour .

4. Each filling nozzle(Head) can be controlled Individually by computer Program and Easy to be operated by  PLC, Touch screen.  To meet  with customer’s a variety of filling application.

5. High filling accuracy.  Each filling Nozzel (Head) filling accuracy ≤1.0±%.

6. Filling capacity is within Large extent. From 50ml to 5000ml(adjustable).

7. Filling and sealing of bag types made from PVC . Or other Non-pvc infusion bag . Just meet with Bag’s tube size and stopper shape.

8. Each filling Nozzel with “No Bag.  No Filling-Sealing”  Function.

- IV bag with double ports. with butterfly twist-off

- Small Poly Carbonate type stopper
